The topics can be anything from the weather to history to current events.This is where the students will have a lot of input and the teachers will have a lot of room to move and adjust based on what the kids are talking about and how they are responding to the questions posed. This is an extremely valuable opportunity for the kids to get involved in the discussion and to ask their own questions. Not only can the teachers find great topics for the tests, but they can also find some very good topics for informal conversation.For many of these students, they will be introduced to a very large array of topics they never thought they could talk about in class or in a classroom conversation. This is a huge benefit for them and is why they should go out of their way to help their teachers as much as possible.Kids are learning in ways they never thought possible. The more they are given the opportunity to talk about topics they may not have thought of or thought they knew about, the better they will do in their new classes.
